DSC Approval Requirements as per EPFO
1. Bulk basic details modification - Approval from employer.
2. Bulk KYC verification - Approval from employer.
3. Individual KYC verification during UAN creation - Approval from employer.
While using DSC, Serial No. 1 and Serial No. 2 are working, and the approval process is successful. However, Serial No. 3 - Individual KYC pending for DSC approval is not working. The following error message is displayed: "Unexpected error while signing. Expecting =java.io.FileNotFoundException:/image/resources/uploads/employer_portal/individual/registration/approved (NoSuchFileDirectory)."
Please provide a solution to help me resolve this issue.
