I just received an offer letter on third-party payroll as an entry-level HR operations in CTS with a contract period of 1 year. I am not sure whether to accept it or not. As a fresher starting my career on third-party payroll, will it add value to my future jobs? Is there job security?

Hi,

It does not matter whether you work on third-party payroll or company payroll. Yes, there is some difference in benefits that you would get by working on the company's payroll. You should continue with the offer acceptance; later, you can grow yourself with more responsibilities. Since it is your learning phase, it would be helpful for you. Rest assured, don't worry about the one-year contract as, per my understanding, it would be extendable after completion of one year.
