Can you please let me know how to conduct an assessment center? Additionally, how should annual goal setting, mid-term reviews, and annual reviews be prepared? Lastly, how are annual increments and confirmations calculated for a mining company with a staff strength of 35 employees?

Dear Sks78, If you have a strength of just 35, then you do not need an Assessment Centre but a well-designed Performance Management System (PMS). It appears that you have mistaken PMS or even Performance Appraisal (PA) for an assessment centre.
