Sandeep Esic has been raised to 25,000/- by central govt but the date of commencement has not yet finalized.

You are correct, the present ESIC ceiling is Rs. 15,000/- and the EPF ceiling is Rs. 6,500/-. As of today, there have been no changes, and there is no government order for any modifications. Despite what the paper cuttings may suggest, no order has been passed at this time.
