Thanks for this great contribution. Six Sigma is a powerful tool for problem-solving and breakthrough improvements. Many people are not aware that this can be used in areas like HR (for example, attrition rate reduction, recruitment lead time reduction, improvement of employee satisfaction, etc.), finance, and even in service industries like call centers, medical transcription, and hospitality industries.
NQA-India Operations (Bangalore) is conducting a 2-day comprehensive course for beginners in Six Sigma. The program is scheduled for September 28th and 29th, 2007. I am attaching the brochure.
