I switched from Finance to HR without any formal training. Thereafter, I have done some training, but I have yet to practically implement ideas or actually initiate all the required processes in the HR department. So maybe it is asking too much, but can somebody send me some basic formats of all the reports which any decent company can introduce in its HR department? I have always worked in the construction industry, and I know the forms may vary between different industries, but I want some general/common forms.
Thanks to all.

If your company uses any software like payroll, then your work will be very easy. First, you have to learn about PF filing and its challan. Don't worry, it is not very tough; you just have to look into it. Then you have to take care of:
1. ESIC
2. Salary processing
3. Attendance and other statutory compliance.
