Measuring Manpower Utilization in the Project Industry
How do we measure manpower utilization? We are in the project industry, and we want to calculate if the manpower available is sufficient or excessive, and accordingly plan our recruitment. But how do we determine if the available manpower is utilized 100%?

- Overall time spent on project on a daily basis
- Lab replications
- Trainings
