No doubt, it is inspiring, but during frustration, it emits enormous negative energy. A person who is frustrated is not able to think in a pragmatic way due to their state of mind. If they understand the steps you suggested, why would they be frustrated?

If an individual is mature enough he/she can definitely should think in a pragmatic way.Infact this ppt tries to help one grow and be more mature. If you go through the presentation carefully, you will notice that on a particular slide I have mentioned that frustration generates humongous amount of energy.
It's entirely up to us how do we channelise that energy. If employed properly (the way I have tried to explain) it can bring excellent results and vice versa also holds true. The choice is entirely ours.
