Hello guys, I got selected at Ericsson as an Assistant Engineer Trainee. I received an email from HR on 12th Feb '15 requesting me to submit all my documents. I have successfully submitted all my documents. I received a confirmation email from the HR on the 19th. A few days ago, I emailed the HR regarding the delay in receiving my Offer Letter. After 4 days, she replied, saying, "Hi, you need to wait for it. Your name is on our list." It has now been 6 days since I received that email from HR, and I am becoming very impatient. It has been around a month now, and I still have not received the date of joining letter. If I keep emailing her, she might get irritated. Can you guys suggest what I should do? I also tried calling them a couple of times before receiving that email, but there was no response from their side.
What Should I Do?
Please suggest. It has been 22 days since I submitted my documents. All the other students received their Date of Joining within 7-8 days after submitting the documents. Even though I received an email from HR, I am unsure what to do now. This is my first job, and I am starting to feel frustrated. Securing a job in India as a fresher is not easy at all, so please help me with your valuable suggestions.

Don't be impatient. As you are a fresher, try giving more interviews and stay positive. You are just starting your career, so remain calm. Maybe they are currently filled with vacancies, and next time they will contact you if there are any openings. It's not a big deal. Keep attending interviews and maintain your confidence. Just as you have cracked this one, you have the caliber to succeed in others.
Best of luck.

I appreciate that this is your first job and you may be feeling impatient. I suggest that you please contact the HR official who initially reached out to you for the necessary documents, or directly speak with the HR Manager to understand the reasons causing the delay in your case. In some instances, communication via email may not be sufficient, especially in situations like yours. Additionally, do not give up on your job search efforts.
