In my case, I don't think I need to be judged by anyone. I am someone who believes in self-learning. Even if things cannot be understood, later on, they can be asked to a superior. But first, the superior should be good at giving proper training.

Training Basics

Training should start in such a way that it begins with the basics. Without knowing ABC, you cannot proceed further. The trainer should be knowledgeable and proficient in giving examples. Then, I am sure employees will be properly trained.

Hierarchy Training

Firstly, the employees need to be trained on the hierarchy and then continue further.

I accepted the salary since I wasn't aware of the market. Moreover, I tried many jobs. I have put my resume in all the job portals and got many calls from recruiters. I attended many interviews, almost up to 100 places, by accepting half the salary which I earned from LiveConnections via conveyance. Later, I came to know that LiveConnections was passing my numbers to other companies and consultancies. They were calling for interviews, doing some headhunting, and influencing recruiters to reject me in the interview. Many times I approached my colleagues, but they aren't accepting it. Now, they can even view my entire system and track my phone calls through some media where changing the phone number is of no use. Opting for a new broadband connection will also be of no use. I am sure they are in touch with you and pretending to be a stranger.

Importance of Specialized Training

A focused and specialized training is the foundation of any project. If proper training has been provided to the employees or team, it will surely reduce the time required to successfully complete the project. Additionally, it can enhance and develop employees' skills, enabling them to tackle similar projects successfully without the need for further training.
