The topic you have selected is quite good. Include a few things like why people are leaving the organization. Is it because of growth or salary? Also, consider the environment and politics. How much does that affect it? Could you please let me know which branch of Genpact you are working on this project in so that I can assist you better?

Since Genpact has a lot of processes, and I hope that content solutions are also part of them. Well, in Genpact, attrition is most probably based on salary, internal politics, dissatisfaction with immediate supervisors, and sometimes a lack of challenging work. Since the work we do becomes monotonous, it becomes difficult to concentrate. Therefore, your questionnaire should emphasize these aspects and observations in your surroundings and among people.

Also, Genpact Gurgaon provides many facilities for its employees like free food, a gym, and various other amenities. However, the main issue that people dislike about Genpact is the salary. Otherwise, everyone acknowledges the level of freedom and flexibility that a Genpact employee enjoys, which is not seen in other companies.

Try to focus more on the general issues that lead to attrition. People rarely leave solely because of salary; it is usually due to other reasons, such as the relationships employees have with their supervisors.

I have witnessed instances at Genpact where people left their jobs not because of salary but due to relationships with their supervisors. When a Genpact employee moves to another company, they often receive a significant salary increase. Is this due to the brand name, or does Genpact pay less compared to other companies in the industry? When providing a solution to the attrition problem, consider this point, as many employees believe they receive higher salaries due to Genpact's brand name.

in regard to your project on attrition in Genpact please find some points which may be considered in retaining our top employees.

Viraj has already sent you some questionnaires so I am not sending that.

Hope it will help you :-

1. Pay employees fairly and well, then get them to forget about money.

2. Treat each and every employee with respect. Show them that you care about them as persons, not just as workers.

3. Praise accomplishments and attempts:

Both large and small

Verbally and in writing

At least 4 times more than you criticize

Promptly (as soon as observed)

Publicly … and in private

Sincerely

4. Clearly communicate goals, responsibilities and expectations. NEVER criticize in public — redirect in private.
