Good information on leadership. But here, I want to add some more things.
Trait theory is based on five major personality traits: extraversion, emotional stability, conscientiousness, openness to experience, and one more which I can't recall at the moment.
Situational theory is not solely based on task and relationship but on readiness, which includes the willingness and ability of followers.

Hi everybody,
My name is T Nagaraju. Recently, i.e., 4 months back, I joined a software company as an Accounts Manager. I had taken four days of leave, in which one day was on the Second Saturday and another was on Sunday. In connection to this, I had applied for leave on Friday and Monday, which is applicable for Loss of Pay (LOP). Additionally, I wanted to know what leave benefits are eligible for new employees – is it as per the company policy or something else? Can someone kindly reply to me regarding this as soon as possible?
