Hello seniors,

It is easy to find the right candidate for any job based on qualifications, experience, and skills. However, the security of the organization, based on loyalty, is one of the most important factors in today's global working culture.

It is very difficult to find a candidate based on loyalty. How can one conduct a loyalty check on freshers and experienced candidates during the selection process? Please explain if someone knows the methods to carry out checks on the loyalty of job seekers.

Some psychometric tests would be beneficial. Frame some indirect questions to assess how loyal the candidate would be to their undertakings. Background information and opinions from a reference person would also help evaluate the candidate's loyalty factor.

Hello Shijit,

Can you tell me about the psychometric tests in detail or can you attach any files if you have them to learn about the loyalty checks for carrying out the selection process? They should be foolproof.

Can anyone help with this?

Why do you need loyalty checks? Loyalty checks do not go hand in hand with the current scenario. An employee is responsible for his career, not the company. In your case, if the company is responsible for shaping and designing careers for employees, then you are indirectly encouraging complacency and stagnation in the company. Let fresh blood come in. Retain the right people by using a mix of strategies and focus on knowledge management to retain knowledge and learning within the company.
