Firstly, the basic need of an MIS report is to know your achievements monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly in recruitment. Begin by focusing on the tasks you perform in a month and the tasks you achieve. The list continues based on requirements, including the following basic reports:

1. Recruitment status for the month/recruitment costs
2. On-roll strength of the month
3. Wage and salaries cost for the recruitment process, such as budgets and your current position in the month or quarter, etc.
4. Important happenings/events that took place in the month and so on.
5. What are the achievements during the period (how many recruitments and how many you are planning to recruit)
