Hi, I am working in a generalist profile, but my ambition is to learn all aspects of HR. Can anyone please help me by answering the following questions:

- How can we conduct technical recruitment?
For example, if we need to find a person for a Java position, how should we proceed?

If possible, please address my query and also provide me with technical jargon so that I can explore technical recruitment opportunities as well.

Monika

Hi Monika,

I hope you are fine.

For tech recruitment, you can seek help from job portals like Naukri.com, Monster.com, or any other to search for resumes for various positions. Just fill in the position, experience, key skills, and location (e.g., DelNCR). Many resumes will then open according to your query. Take a look at their projects to see how much experience they have in those technologies. That's it. 😊

Best of luck.

Hi Monika,

First, check for the requirements:

As you have mentioned JAVA: Check out what additional things are required with JAVA, experience, types of projects, projects in what domains (like finance, healthcare, etc.).

Then, search in portals accordingly, match the resumes with the requirements. Speak to candidates to understand the kind of projects they have done and also check whether they have worked in specified domains or not.

Hope this will help you.

Cheers,
Srinivas
