What is x-matrix - can anybody send me the x-matrix for hr & admin department. I am new in this field and my boss has given me a week time to prepare this.

X-Matrix
The X-matrix is the tool available for successfully implementing Policy Deployment in a meaningful and simple way as part of a Lean conversion.
