I have been tasked with formulating new designations in accordance with our organization's promotions policy. Please assist me with this. I require some guidelines and suggestions for employee designations suitable for individuals holding MHA or MBA degrees.
Additionally, I have been tasked with defining a career ladder for them.

I am also from a corporate hospital from South Delhi. Do let me how do you want to proceed in this regard. MHA & MBA's would be placed department wise (like for Admin, HR, Marketing ...) or you want a general pool and designations accordingly?
