I have previously worked in HDFC Bank's subsidiary company, HDFC Two Wheeler Loan Department, which is a sister company of HDFC Bank. However, during that time, I had an accident which led to my family not allowing me to continue working at the bank. As a result, I received a letter of absconding in this case. I am now wondering if HDFC Bank, the parent company, would consider rehiring me.

Hi, It depends on the Bank’s hiring policy. Since you had absconded from their allied group if your name is added in the ' not to hire list' they may not consider you for reemployment
