I work for a manufacturing company. I wanted to know what all are statutory compliance to be followed as per the Shop & Establishment Act, Karnataka.

For a manufacturing company there is NO compliance to be followed under Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act. You can follow the Factories Act for compliance
