Calculating Minimum Wages for CLC Annual Return: What Should Be Included?

Hi, can anyone guide me on which parameters we should include or exclude when calculating the minimum wages for the CLC annual return? For example, should we consider basic salary, HRA, allowances, bonus, gratuity, and the employer's contribution towards the EPF?

You can include only fixed part of salary which are paid monthly like basic wages, DA, HRA and Conveyance. Incentives, annual bonus, contributions payable by the employer etc are not salary.
