- BOCW RC
- Necessary PPEs
- Fitness certificate

- Third-party certificate for lifting tools & tackles with jigs, belts, etc.
- Safeguarding the machineries
- Employee welfare
- Medical Offices (Based on the employee count)
- First Aid room
- Ambulance & Ambulance room
- First Aid persons
- Safety person
- Emergency rescue process & team
- Fire Extinguishers
- Necessary PPEs
- Tie up with nearby hospitals
- Hazardous materials handling process
- Waste disposal process

Apart from these, ESI, EPF, PT, Minimum wages, Payment of Wages, Bonus, LWF, etc., will be applicable.
