Hi, I need clarification about Pvt. Ltd companies' directors acting as full-time employees and their profit share portion being allocated to the company's development and employees' benefits. Is he eligible to contribute to the ESI and PF?

If the salary conditions permit, the directors are also covered under ESI and EPF. As such, if the salary does not exceed Rs 21,000, they are covered under ESI. If they were previously employed as a member of PF, or if their salary in the present organization is not more than Rs 15,000, they should be covered by EPF as well.
