There will be competent authorities approved by the Inspectorate of Factories and Boilers in each state. They will be Chartered Engineers. You can find the names of such competent persons to test the lifting hoists, equipment, and pressure vessels. You may contact any of these Chartered Engineers to conduct the necessary testing, obtain the certificates, and submit them to the Inspector of Factories and Boilers. The fees payable will also be available on the website itself.
