Delay in the payment of gratuity beyond a month attracts interest as well as prosecution. You are eligible for receiving it, so submit your gratuity claim to the organization. If they don't respond, make an application to the Controlling Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 (the local Labor Officer) and follow up on it. The rest will be taken care of.
