Hi, Is Shop act license required for MLWF registration? If a company doesnt have shop act license or Factory license can the company pay MLWF half yearly returns? Thanks in advance

No establishment will legally come into existence without a factory licence or Shop licence. How can you run an establishment without any of these basic documents?
