Sir, I am retired, and all my PF accounts are settled, and my EPF pension is drawn. The company hired me on a contract basis, and my age is 64 now. Can EPF recovery be exempted? If so, please provide the relevant rules or circulars.

Please read paragraph 82 of the Employees' Provident Funds Scheme, 1952 to get your answer. As you have settled your EPF account and are also drawing a pension from EPS, you are an excluded employee.

Coverage Under ESIC
But if your monthly gross is ₹21,000 or below, you will be covered under ESIC.
