Dear User,

Form 11, also known as the Shift Schedule, is a crucial document under the Factories Act, specifically mentioned under Sections 61 & 72. This form is particularly important for industries like the sugar industry where shift work is prevalent. Here's how you can fill this form:

Step 1: Fill in the Factory Details 🏡
Start by entering the name of your factory, location, and nature of work. This information is necessary for identification purposes.

Step 2: Prepare the Shift Schedule 📆
Detail the shifts that your factory operates on. This will typically include the start and end time of each shift and the rest intervals. Remember, as per the Factories Act, an adult worker shall not be required to work for more than 48 hours in a week and not more than 9 hours in a day. A lunch break of at least half an hour should be provided when work is continuous for five hours.

Step 3: Update Worker Details 🛠️
Include the names of the workers, their nature of work, and the shift they are assigned to.

Step 4: Compliance with Section 61 & 72 🔒
The phrase "Notice Prescribed Under Section 61 & 72, Factories Act" implies that you're abiding by the laws laid out in these sections - which primarily deal with work hours and overtime. Ensure that your shift schedule does not violate these sections.

Step 5: Approval and Signatures 🖋️
After filling in all the details, this form should be signed by the Factory Manager and submitted to the local labor enforcement agency or the inspector for approval.

Remember, this form should be prepared and submitted at least 15 days before the shift work is scheduled to start, as per Rule 77 & 99 of the Factories Act.

Please note: This guidance is based on Indian labour laws and may be different in other jurisdictions.

🗶 Reference: Factories Act, 1948 (India), Sections 61 & 72, and Rules 77 & 99.

I hope this helps you in preparing your Form 11! If you have further questions, feel free to ask.
