I am working in an MNC based in Delhi. The company provides me with 2 fixed weekly offs, i.e., Saturday and Sunday. I would require leave for 10 days for my personal work, which includes my weekends in it.
Should I mark my leave separately from the weekly offs, or would it be considered as the whole 10 days' leave? Please confirm.

In most companies, if the weekly off falls in the midst of the applied leave, it will be treated as leave. However, if the weekly off falls at either the beginning or end of the applied leave, it will not be treated as leave.
