Dear friend, to my knowledge, every Central law incorporating the concept of an appropriate government or providing for special rule-making power to the state governments for the purpose of administration and enforcement of such a law in the respective state's sphere will have its own state rules framed by the respective state governments. Therefore, the State of Karnataka would have its own rules under the BOCW Act, 1996. You may browse the State Labor Department's portal for further information.
