Early Resignation Dilemma: Is Full and Final Settlement Required for New Hires?


If any employee resigned within 15 days after joining is the company to provide FNF?

If you are required to give wages/salary in lieu of notice pay for fifteen days or more, then you will receive F&F; otherwise, you will be paid wages for the period worked, along with any overtime payment, if applicable.
