If you have a workforce of 50 or below, you do not need to implement Certified Standing Orders. However, if you wish to establish Standing Orders for your factory, you can opt for model standing orders. These can be obtained from the State Government's website (Labour Department website).
Now, under the new Code of Labour, if your workforce exceeds 300 employees, then you are required to have a copy of Certified Standing Orders.
