Hi all, I'm working as an HR Generalist in a start-up for the last two years. I'm totally happy with my work and the exposure I have received so far. Try to seize an opportunity in a manufacturing setting, as true HR experience is gained in a factory environment. Once you progress in your career and enhance your professional qualifications, you can consider transitioning to Corporate HR.
