Hello,
My wife is 8 weeks pregnant but she has not informed her manager. This morning, she received a call from her manager stating that he will put her on a PIP. Despite her hard work last year, she finds herself in this challenging situation. Unfortunately, this has increased tension for her, especially since she has already experienced 2 miscarriages.
Can you provide advice on how to handle this difficult situation?
Thanks

You need to inform the company officially about the pregnancy. Give the medical certificate and highlight the point that she should not be stressed presently. PIP can be done after her maternity leave. Tactfully handle the matter.
