I am joining a medical institution, and I do not have any experience with HR policies in medical organizations or hospitals. The organization I am going to join does not have any HR policy in place and wants me to create one to bring discipline to the organization. The staff will include medical professionals such as doctors, nurses, ward boys, aayas, pathology staff, radiation, radiologists, as well as non-medical office staff. I would like to understand the policies regarding leaves, working hours, probation periods, etc. Could you please guide me in this regard?
