i am working at client side 24/7 rotational shift, Can i take diwali public holiday between notice period? if yes then plz tell me gov act.

Every employee is entitled to a weekly off and public holiday declared by the office. There is no restriction during the notice period if such holidays are declared by your office or controlling authority. Employees are not expected to work 24x7. There is no separate rule or government order to govern holidays in NP. However, some establishments restrict leave availability during NP, which is possible.
