I have pursued Engineering in E&C and MBA in HR. Since I am a fresher, now I'm working as a recruiter in an outsourcing agency.

I wanted to be a professional HR, but as we all know, it's quite difficult to secure an HR position with MNCs. So, my query is, if I do some certifications like SAP HR or HR generalist courses, would it be really helpful for my career growth? Please suggest me.

I can see your passion for an HR career from your query. First of all, many freshers are hired by consultancies for their first job. It is not mandatory to join an MNC to build your career. What you should focus on is nurturing your fire and passion for HR. The courses you mentioned are beneficial for an HR career. I have been working in HR for two years, and although it is not an MNC, I have found a platform to realize my potential and grow alongside departmental growth. Join a company where you can play a "generalist" role and give your best. You can surely become a good HR professional if you find the fire inside you.

All the best!
