I wanted to be a professional HR, but as we all know, it's quite difficult to secure an HR position with MNCs. So, my query is, if I do some certifications like SAP HR or HR generalist courses, would it be really helpful for my career growth? Please suggest me.

What you should focus on is nurturing your fire and passion for HR. The courses you mentioned are beneficial for an HR career. I have been working in HR for two years, and although it is not an MNC, I have found a platform to realize my potential and grow alongside departmental growth. Join a company where you can play a "generalist" role and give your best. You can surely become a good HR professional if you find the fire inside you.
