I have submitted my resignation on medical grounds, but I am not receiving an early release despite providing all the necessary medical documents. Can anyone suggest the best course of action to obtain the release letter?

The corrected text with proper grammar, spelling, and paragraph formatting is as follows:

Only thing you can do is convince the management and get it early. I do not see any objection when all medical records are there for an early exit and giving an exit letter. So please speak to your HR team.

Hi,

Please make sure that if you try to provide medical reasons that are not genuine, it may also affect your future. If the current company states in the relieving letter that the reasons for your departure are medical issues supported by the facts of the case, it may not be beneficial for you. Avoid rushing things just to obtain the letter quickly.

It is always best to adhere to the terms of employment, demonstrating that you are an employee who can be trusted regardless of where you work.

Thanks and Regards

Hi Guddu,

If you are genuinely leaving because of health reasons, get a doctor to certify it. Attach the certificate with your resignation and get the same delivered to HR to obtain an acknowledgment. Also, write another letter addressed to HR with a CC to your MD, requesting permission to quit without completing the notice period and expressing your willingness to give one month's salary in lieu of notice. I am sure this will get you the desired result.

Thank you,

Regards,
