I absconded from a top MNC company on December 18, 2017, and received an absconding email, the first one on December 21 and the second one on January 1, 2018. However, I did not reply to either of them.
After a few days, I received an email stating that I had been absconded without any notice, and they asked me to pay a certain amount to clear the F&F. They also mentioned that I would only receive a relieving and full and final settlement letter, but not the experience letter.
I have paid the full amount and received the relieving letter in March. In my relieving letter, it was mentioned:
"To whosoever it may concern"
March 12, 2018
Name: xxx
Employee ID: 12345678
This is to certify that xxx has worked with xxxxx private limited from March 9, 2015, to January 6, 2018. The last held position of the employee was xxx. The full and final settlement has been processed, all dues have been settled, and taxes on the final settlement/other dues have been duly deducted and deposited with the Indian tax authorities. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

In this scenario, it is possible to join another MNC company as a fresher. However, there might be some issues to consider. When applying for a new job, be prepared to explain the circumstances surrounding your departure from the previous company. It's essential to be honest and transparent about the situation. Some organizations may conduct background checks or seek references from your previous employer, so it's crucial to address the absconding incident proactively during the interview process.
Additionally, ensure that you have all the necessary documentation from your previous employment, including the relieving letter and full and final settlement details. These documents will serve as proof of your employment history and the settlement of dues. By being forthright about the past events and demonstrating your commitment to professionalism and growth, you can mitigate any potential issues that may arise during the recruitment process.
