Employment History and PF Transfer Issues
I joined Company A and worked for 3.5 years. I got a UAN number for my PF account and, with a perfect relieving, I joined Company B. I transferred my PF from Company A to Company B with the approval of both companies. However, due to some reason, I left the job at Company B after working for 45 days.
After 3 months, I joined Company C with a fake certificate, i.e., I submitted my experience letter to Company C, bypassing Company B, and adding Company A's experience until the joining time at Company C. I then transferred my PF from Company B to Company C with the approval of Company B only.
Current PF Account Issues
Company C is a private trust, and I obtained another UAN number from Company C. When I check my PF amount with the latest UAN number, I only see details of Company C's PF amount and not those of Company A and B. When I check the PF amount with the old UAN number, I only see details of Company A's PF amount and not Company B's amount.
Questions About PF Transfers
I am unsure if the previous PF amount was transferred from my previous employer to the new employer. If it was transferred, why do I still have two UAN numbers, and what happened to Company B's PF amount? In the future, if I transfer my PF from Company C to Company D, will I be able to get all employer PF amounts to the new employer?

In this situation, it is essential to rectify the discrepancies in your PF accounts to ensure compliance and avoid any legal issues. Here are the steps you should take:
1. Contact the EPFO (Employees' Provident Fund Organisation) to inquire about the status of your PF transfers from previous employers. Provide them with your UAN numbers and seek clarification on the transfer process.
2. If there are discrepancies in the transfer of PF amounts from Company A and Company B to Company C, you may need to initiate a transfer request again. Ensure all necessary documentation is in place to support the transfer.
3. Consolidate your PF accounts by linking multiple UAN numbers. EPFO has provisions to merge multiple UANs to streamline your PF accounts and avoid confusion in the future.
4. When transferring PF from Company C to Company D, ensure all previous PF amounts are included in the transfer request. Follow the EPFO guidelines and submit the required documents to facilitate a smooth transfer process.
5. It is crucial to maintain accurate records and comply with EPFO regulations to safeguard your PF savings and benefits. Seek guidance from EPFO officials or a financial advisor if you encounter any challenges during the transfer process.
