Dear Monika,

SOP stands for Standard Operating Procedure, so there is no need for the word "standard" before it.

Campus recruitment or scheduled recruitment should be conducted based on the company's requirements, the number of vacancies, budget allocation for the positions, etc.

Several senior members have shared their SOPs regarding the recruitment procedure in this forum previously.

Much depends on what and how you accomplish your needs, i.e., to recruit raw, fresh talent (if any) from campus in bulk. The kind of talent you want to recruit will determine the colleges you need to visit. Your approach to selecting or filtering out candidates will involve conducting tests and interviews. That is all!
