We are a newly established consultancy company. We have received an invitation from an engineering college to organize a pool recruitment drive at their college. We do have some middle-level companies whom we can invite for the same.
How much should we charge the college? And how much for the companies? Should it be per resource recruited or a lump sum amount? Please help.

Dear Kteamgroup,
You can charge up to 18-30% of the CTC to the company. If it is otherwise, 10% goes to the candidate and 20% to the company. It also varies according to the location; please specify your city. If possible, I can help you.

Hi Vinay,
Thanks for your reply. We are situated in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Since it's a campus recruitment drive to be organized on college premises, we cannot ask the candidates to pay us. However, we can ask the college to pay us a fixed amount to bring companies to that college. In that case, should we ask for payment from the college only, or will the companies also pay for the campus recruitment drives?
Thanks in advance.

Depending on your organization's culture, you may be able to negotiate with both the company and college management.

Dear,
It depends on the number of candidates you recruit for the company and the levels of the company to which you are going to recruit as a fresher. Approximately, you can ask for 70,000 to 90,000 upon hiring more than 30 members easily to the college management, duly considering all the miscellaneous charges like transport, food, accommodation, etc.
