Hello all respected members, I need your guidance. I am working in an organization registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act as a not-for-profit organization. Our work involves partnering with ULBs, Municipalities, and Industries for solid waste management and other social issues. I am confused about the section under which I should provide a minimum wage to my team members. I have a registered manpower supplier who follows all rules, but in the Government Resolution (GR) of Maharashtra State on minimum wage, I couldn't find the section that aligns with our company profile. Kindly provide your suggestions to resolve this issue.
