Hi, I am working as a Senior HR Executive in an IT company. I handle recruitment, issue offer and appointment letters, manage joining, induction, leave, attendance, and exit processes.
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree only and now I want to transition to working as an HR generalist. Could you please suggest what steps I should take to pursue this career change?

Dear Friend,
Without knowing your age, experience, and other qualifications, moving onto the dark path is not advisable. However, consider taking the XLRI Management exams to enhance your life. If a company or organization sponsors you, it is better to get yourself engaged. Everything is in your hands; never be an obstacle to your own progress.
Best wishes,

Dear Sir,
I have 4+ years of experience in HR, and I am 28 years old. There is no PF & ESI in my company, and I do not have experience in this. Now I want to work in a company where all the compliances are followed, and for that, I think I should have experience of that. Please suggest training centers for me to learn about HR generalist compliance, or should I pursue a part-time MBA? What will be helpful for me?
Thanks.
