Hi, I would like to know whats the minimum wages under factories act in Kerala.It will be really helpful if anyone can give me some leads regarding it.

No such minimum wages under the Factories Act. The Minimum Wages Act is applicable. For each industry category, the Government of Kerala notifies the minimum wages. You may refer to the appropriate notifications available on the Kerala Labour Department website or contact the nearest labour office for a copy of the notification.
