Dear Friends,
I suspect that an individual has joined a company with fake MBA certificates. This person is currently employed in the company, although I am unaware of the company's name. What legal actions can be taken against him if the authenticity of the certificates is proven?

With the fake certificates or otherwise, he has joined some company. It was the duty of that company to check the validity and veracity of the certificate. They might not have done this check, and if done, the fakeness of the certificate has escaped their attention.
Nevertheless, you are the third party in the entire affair. Why would you like to inform the company? Do you bear a grudge against that person? If not, then I recommend you leave the matter to the fate of that individual as well as that company. After all, no fakery lasts forever, and one fine day the cat could come out of the bag.
Thanks,
