Dear All,
We registered for ESIC in Oct 2011. We have our office in Mumbai and in Gujarat in 2011 too. We took a Subcode of ESIC for Gujarat. All our employees were working in Gujarat only, so we never registered any member in the Mumbai code. The Gujarat office closed in 2013, and we continued to register new employees in that code, even for Maharashtra. Recently, we received a non-compliance notice from ESIC for the main code. What should we do?
Please help us.
