I have left my job due to some problems in a hurry. I applied for PF withdrawal without the employer's Form 19. I have deposited my form at the PF branch attached with all documents, but they haven't processed it due to a lack of KYC update (Aadhar card). After that, I uploaded my Aadhar card in the UAN portal; however, the employer rejected it. Is there any solution to this? In my KYC, my PAN card and my bank account number are updated. Please provide the best way to solve this problem. My mobile number is [Phone Number Removed For Privacy Reasons]. Can I attach only a PAN card photocopy, canceled cheque, and Form 19 to avail PF withdrawal? Please help me.

Steps to Withdraw PF Amount Without Employer Support

If you want to withdraw your PF amount and your previous employer doesn't support you, meet the Enforcement Officer at the local PF office. Provide them with an application detailing the irresponsible behavior of your previous employer, along with your claim form. Additionally, send the application by registered mail to the local PF office (Sub-Regional Office) and the administrative control office (at the state level). For email addresses, visit epfindia.com, navigate to 'for employees', then 'LOCATE an E.P.F OFFICE', and select your state and district.

Steps to Transfer Your PF Account

If you wish to transfer your account, simply fill out Form 13, have it signed by your current employer, and submit it to the EPF office. It doesn't matter if you have two different UANs.

Your latest UAN number is valid, and the previous UAN number will be deactivated if you apply for an online transfer using the latest UAN number.

In your case, I can't see any mistakes from your previous employer. You have not been properly relieved to process your PF Form, and you have not submitted the KYC hardcopy and filled up Form 11 to your previous employer for approval of your KYC online. So, if you approach the PF Office with your case, they shall not accept it.

If your KYC is not uploaded and the employer is not supported, then this is the best way on your site: You can transfer PF amount online and through your present employer. After completing all the steps, print out the page, submit it along with your signature to your present employer.
