Hi, This is Hassan working in Saudi Arabia, a group of company as a Training Coordinator. My Boss gave me an assignment to develop material for our new company website that is going to be launched in a couple of days. He has given me some heads for which I need to work on and give him back suitable and attractive worded material. The heads are: Recruitment, Pre-Employment, Ethical Business Conduct, Work life in our Group, Work Hours and Holidays, Vacations & Leave, Occupational duties & Disciplinary Procedure, Company Benefits. * Housing, Transportation, Health Care & Social Insurance, Health & Safety, Job Performance. Our company website needs to be revamped, and the above-mentioned headings require attractive material. Can anyone please help me out by providing me with either some good references or links from where I can attain the required data or if anyone has this, kindly share it. Please treat this message urgently. Regards, Hassan.

Hi Octavious,

Thank you for your interest. I feel that I may not have clarified my question well to you all. Let me attempt to explain again.

Every company has its own website where they showcase information about the company, its environment, culture, products, markets, and a section dedicated to job seekers/recruitment/careers, where individuals can apply for jobs.

Focusing on the career section that I am working on, most companies elaborate on it by including recruitment programs, application procedures, current job openings, and more.

For the career section, I am looking to further include the following items:

- Recruitment
- Pre-Employment
- Ethical Business Conduct
- Work life in our Group
- Work Hours and Holidays
- Vacations & Leave
- Occupational duties & Disciplinary Procedure
- Company Benefits
* Housing
* Transportation
* Health Care & Social Insurance
* Health & Safety
* Job Performance

These headings are part of the career section, and I aim to define them using engaging and appealing language.

I believe this approach will be effective.

Regards,
Hassan

Internal Information Utilization

Much of the information you need is internal information from your own organization. Go through your company records, extract, and then summarize the necessary information. The website does not need anything more than bullet points.

Avoiding Unnecessary Details

As for "beautiful and attractive words," don't waste your time. Most people spend very little time reading a website. You need to convey the most important information quickly and succinctly. No one will read pages and pages of flowery content. If I wanted to find out about working for your company, I would need to be able to quickly scan the website, find the most important points for me, and then decide if it is worth going any further.

Purpose of Your Website

Your website is just to open the door and encourage people to contact you for more information. There is tons of information on Google regarding how to create a simple website that gets people interested in your product, i.e., coming to work for you.
