Hello all, In my offer letter, I have two headings as typed below: 2.1 "TERMINATION BY COMPANY" - there is a mention of the probation period notice period, but not in 2.2 "termination by the employee." However, in 2.1, it mentions both parties. Please advise if I resign during the probation period, would the notice period be 15 days.

2. TERM

2.1 TERMINATION BY COMPANY (termination for cause) - Both parties may terminate the agreement during the probation period by giving 15 days' notice.

2.2 TERMINATION BY THE EMPLOYEE - The employee is entitled to terminate the agreement by giving 90 days' notice.

During probation notice period is 15 days and after confirmation of employee clearing probation period in satisfactory manner,notice period becomes 90 days. Hope this makes it clear.
