Dear All,
We are planning to open a new office at the Delhi location, which will be on a rental basis. The employee strength will be around 2 individuals who will be responsible for our sales activities in Delhi.
I would like to know if a Shops & Establishment license would be required for our Delhi office. Additionally, are there any other separate codes needed for PF, ESI, Profession Tax, etc., or are they not compulsory?
Please advise.
Best Regards,
Arun

There was no registration for a license under the Shops and Establishment Act. You have to approach the corporation to get registered for professional tax. This is compulsory to be paid to the corporation.
If your establishment's employee strength is more than 10, you are required to register yourself for ESIC. If the strength exceeds 20, you are also required to register for EPF.
